Chudak-Morzuchowski

Eugeniusz Chudak-Morzuchowski - born in 1964 in Świecie nad Wisłą. In 1979-1984, he studied piano at the Secondary State Music School in Poznań. From 1984 to 1989, he studied at the Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music in the class of Prof. Regina Smendzianka and Prof. Jerzy Romaniuk. In 1987, he was a scholarship holder of the Fryderyk Chopin Society. He participated in international piano competitions in Geneva and Bolzano.

In 1989-1994 he cooperated with the Chamber Stage of the National Philharmonic in Warsaw. This cooperation became an impulse to establish his own concert agency in 1994. Meeting with young people, the artist could fully convey his love of music. He placed special emphasis on authentic folk music, inviting ensembles from Poland and abroad. The pianist had the opportunity to popularize original classical instruments playing with excellent artists such as: Natalia Arutiunowa, Tatiana Shumakova, Nikolai Marecki, and others.

Piano recitals enriched by discovering authentic music of many nations give the artist a specific look at the essence of music and the possibility of uninhibited artistic creation.

He has given many concerts both at home and abroad (Germany, England, Thailand, Belarus, Ukraine). He has performed both solo and with orchestras; he has recorded for Polish Radio and Television.

The pianist has in his repertoire over half of all compositions by Fryderyk Chopin, works by other composers, as well as twelve piano concertos.
